I joined Cotecna in 2021 with the desire to learn and grow professionally, as well as to contribute to the development of the company. Today I’m responsible for the planning and implementation of the sales strategy and business development of the metals and minerals business line in Latin America. For me, the main feature of Cotecna’s culture is related to its ability to adapt to a world in constant movement and change but maintaining its essence and values.

I have been part of Cotecna since 2019 as a Marketing Specialist for the Verification of Conformity Service. My main role is to support our worldwide offices in developing their local market strategy and increase their business opportunities by creating engaging content, launching impactful digital campaigns, or organizing successful seminars. I feel very fortunate to work for a company where you can grow, try new things, and be part of an amazing team!

My journey at Cotecna started in 2016, when I joined to support the HR activities for our Software Development Center in Barcelona. Today I take responsibility of the full HR life cycle in the different working centres under my scope. What I love about Cotecna is the way in which we empower or employees to get to their best potential. Cotecna is a company that backs you to build your own future by providing the right development tools for it.

As a Delivery Manager at Cotecna, I am the single point of contact between the business and IT. This involves taking charge of the Local IT Support teams and assisting them with their daily challenges at each office. I also understanding the needs of management and transform them into reality by implementing tools and solutions for the business.

I started my career in Neotron in 2015 as a laboratory technician and I am currently in charge of Business Development for the Pharma division. With Cotecna, I had the opportunity to challenge myself in new projects, express my desire to grow professionally, and be part of an international company focused on values and people.

I joined Cotecna as Regional Finance Manager on March 2022. My day-to-day role encompasses delivering accurate Financial Statements for the business and managing the overall Finance function in both the US & Canada. In my short time at Cotecna, I have been inspired by the culture of learning & shared knowledge within the company, and I look forward to contributing towards our growth journey in the North American market.

I started at Cotecna Philippines in 2016 as a Laboratory Supervisor and have grown to become the Lab Manager. Cotecna has helped train, equip, and prepare me for this more significant role. My responsibilities focus on the management of the laboratory, implementation of the management system, technical development of laboratory personnel, and implementation of quality assurance.
